Student Transportation to Hold Second Quarter Fiscal 2011 Results Conference Call and Webcast

BARRIE, ON (February 8, 2011) Student Transportation Inc. (“STI”) (TSX: STB), North America’s third-largest provider of school bus transportation services, today announced it will hold a conference call and live audio webcast on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 11 a.m. (ET) to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2011 ended December 31, 2010.

A news release announcing STI’s results will be issued on Monday, February 14, 2011.
