Student Transportation To Hold Second Quarter Fiscal 2008 Results Conference Call And Webcast

TORONTO (February 7, 2008) Student Transportation of America Ltd. (“STA” ) (TSX: STB, STB.UN) today announced it will hold a conference call and live audio webcast on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 11 a.m. (ET) to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2008.
