Student Transportation To Hold Job Fair At CTWorks Career Center In Norwich On March 31LEDYARD,CT (March 20, 2008) Student Transportation of America, Ltd. (STA), (TSX: STB, STB.UN), one of North America’s fastest growing school transportation providers, is seeking drivers to fill school bus positions now available in New London County.

Job requirements include a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical, a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check. Experienced bus drivers with Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDL) with P and S endorsements are preferred, but free training will be provided for good drivers without school bus experience. STA’s training program includes classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction to prepare candidates for CDL written and road examinations.
