(“STA”) (TSX: STB, STB.UN) today announced it will hold its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 2 p.m. ET. The meeting will be held at The Gallery of the Toronto Stock Exchange Broadcast & Conference Centre in the Exchange Tower, at 130 King Street West in Toronto.

Student Transportation also announced a news release for the first quarter fiscal 2008 ended September 30, 2007 will be issued prior to the Annual General Meeting.
