Student Transportation Inc. Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2017 Results Conference Call and Webcast

BARRIE, Ontario, Sept. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Student Transportation Inc. (STI) (TSX:STB) (NASDAQ:STB), an industry leader in safety and fleet services, is rescheduling tomorrow’s conference call and live audio webcast pertaining to the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2017 ended June 30, 2017. The 2017 fiscal year is the first year that the Company is required to have a SOX 404 compliance audit of its internal controls over financial reporting and the Company is finalizing that process. The conference call and live audio webcast will now be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
